That was what I call fantastic base for a couple of nights. Everything was good during 1 day, truly enjoyed its particularly good location so close to central Teruel, the center of the old town and the other sites. The breakfast offered lots of AMAZING meals.

The staff were all pleasant, very, very nice. The location of the hotel was stunning and super - at a medium distance from Aqueduct of Los Arcos.
Breakfast, it was not too good, could be better.

The room was neat and budget-friendly with a king-size bed, splendid view, and proper thick curtains, just as we had hoped for. The hotel's location was very central, only a 4-6 minute walk from Viaducto Viejo de Teruel. The bustling area was perfect for a couple of nights.

What I liked best about the hotel was the silence of the room and how comfortable the bed was.
I didn't like several things.. They have a ford in front of the hotel that's permanently occupied by people leaving their cars parked. we arrived there was hardly any room to stop.. street is very narrow. We talked about it with the management and they told us that they have already expressed their complaints... even so it seems insufficient to me. car park is an odyssey... you have to access it through very narrow streets. plots are very narrow (and our car is not very big). limit came when after parking, second day we went up to the room and found a note saying that the car was outside the square (which was a lie and they could not prove it... they told us that they took a picture but we never saw it) and that we should change it. So I go to a hotel to enjoy myself and I have to be worried about getting my car scratched. INCREDIBLE We went down to the reception to ask for explanations and they not only denied us the complaint form but also threw us out. next day the director of the hotel apologized (I'm sorry Alicia but your apologies are insufficient for me) and gave us a night of parking... I find it incredible that you go to a hotel to enjoy and you find this... scarce buffet and very bad disposition of the tables, bother you continuously when passing by. tank in the room was noisy.

The location was right in the centre of Teruel, so it was easy to walk to the town's attractions, of which there are many. We used it as a base to explore this area of Aragon, and there are many interesting places to visit within a short drive. There is also a good range of restaurants in the town.It is essential to book car parking, because there is very little public parking in the centre of this historic town.
I would have liked an English T.V. Chanel, for example cnn, to keep up with international news.

Great location right in the heart of town. Spacious rooms with nice amenities.
There are signs all over the hotel stating it to be a non-smoking establishment, however throughout our say the smell of cigerette smoke would come through the air conditioning vents which was most annoying.

The location for the centre of Teruel is excellent. Private parking a couple of blocks away.
We found this hotel thanks to Google Maps and patience. However, the hotel on an inevitable narrow street, with the front and name seen only from the pedestrian precinct. It is not easily identified by oncoming traffic. A sign that could be seen by approaching cars is definitely recommended.
